Master class on “Sending invoices by e-mail in Jumis system”

In the Jumis system, it is possible to send invoices and delivery notes via email in bulk. In the masterclass, we will prepare the Jumis system for sending warehouse documents by email, create the document templates we desire, add a cover letter, and send emails to our partners. Please note that sending invoices from the Jumis system requires a configured Microsoft Outlook.

Preparation of the Jumis system:
- Filling out the dispatch fields in Configuration;
- Email sender;
- Email subject;
- Email text/cover letter;
- Attachment. Invoice/delivery note template and e-invoice;
- Folder for storing PDF files and e-invoices.

Sending of invoices/delivery notes:
- Selection of uniform invoices/delivery notes;
- Correction of information to be sent by email before sending;
- Creation of invoices/delivery notes PDF files and e-invoices;
- Sending emails and viewing them in the recipient's email.

Invoice/delivery note template:
- Existing templates in the system;
- Document template structure;
- Editing template content: text, images, Jumis data fields;
- Adding new templates to the Jumis system.

Cover letter text:
- Preparation of information in a technical format (body file);
- Editing the body file;
- Preview of the cover letter.

Handouts: participants receive handouts with all seminar examples in PDF-format, the seminar is not beign recorded.
