Masterclass on “Production Accounting in Jumis”
|
Objective of the masterclass: To learn how to organize the accounting of production processes in Jumis.
In the masterclass, we will purchase and account for raw materials, produce finished goods by writing off raw materials and placing the finished goods in the warehouse, assemble products, organize inventory accounting at production and work execution sites, and create reports on inventory movements.

Preparing the warehouse and items for production:
- Creating and using warehouses for accounting of raw materials and finished goods;
- Selecting the item accounting group and understanding the importance of accounting value in production;
- Setting default VAT rates for production warehouse documents;
- Purchasing raw materials, determining their accounting value, and selecting the storage warehouse.

Production - processing:
- Writing off raw materials used to produce finished goods;
- Placing finished goods produced from raw materials in the warehouse;
- Report on finished goods produced and raw materials used.

Production - product assembly:
- Creating assembly templates;
- Assembling finished goods from raw materials and placing them in the warehouse for storage;
- Assembling products and writing off raw materials at the time of sale;
- Report on assembled goods and raw materials written off.

Inventory accounting at production and work execution sites:
- Purchasing and accounting for goods at sites;
- Transferring goods between sites;
- Writing off goods upon completion of work at the site.
