Master class on “Production process tracking in the Jumis system”

Objective of the masterclass:
To explore the possibilities of organizing production process accounting in the Jumis system.
During the masterclass, we will practically carry out raw material purchasing and accounting, produce finished goods by writing off raw materials and placing the finished products in the warehouse or assembling them, generate reports on inventory movement, and post the production processes in financial accounting.

System setup:
- Creating new warehouses;
- Selecting the product accounting group: goods, services, or additional costs;
- Setting default VAT rates for types of warehouse documents;
- Calculating the inventory cost of goods and selecting the storage warehouse.

Production - processing workflow:
- Writing off raw materials used to produce finished goods;
- Placing finished goods made from raw materials into the warehouse;
- Generating reports on produced goods and used raw materials.

Production - goods assembly:
- Creating assembly templates;
- Assembling finished goods from raw materials and placing them in the storage warehouse;
- Assembling and writing off raw materials at the time of sale;
- Generating reports on assembled goods and written-off raw materials.

Inventory tracking and write-off in production units (e.g., in construction or on-site client work):
- Purchasing and accounting for goods at production sites;
- Transferring goods between sites;
- Writing off goods upon project completion.

Production cost accounting (accounting entries):
- Creating accounting entries based on warehouse documents;
- Comparing inventory movement reports with the general ledger.
